Prime Day is allllmost here, y’all!
I don’t usually make a big to-do over these types of sale days, but I personally always love to follow along when other people do and see all the amazing deals. So, I figured if I love to consume the content I should pitch in and share some of my favorites this year, too.
I’m generally the type to only buy things I actually need on Prime Day, but I know that for a lot of people it can be a huge shopping day that they plan a lot around. Heck, you could get all of your Christmas shopping done this month if you really want to take advantage of the sales!
So, let’s jump right in! I’ll be updating this page leading up to and all throughout Prime Day, so this can be your one-stop-shop for all things Prime Day. If you prefer, you can also click here for my Amazon Storefront, where you can also find some good deals!
What is prime day?
Prime Day is Amazon’s big annual sale, where you can get some really incredible deals on just about everything. Sales run on things sold by Amazon and on things sold by independent sellers, and it’s honestly a really fantastic time to make some purchases that you’ve been holding out on, because you’re likely to get a very good deal.
You have to be an Amazon Prime member to take advantage of the sales (click here to sign up if you haven’t already). We’ve found that it’s more than worth the fee ($119 a year, or $12.99 if you pay monthly) to be members – Amazon has just about everything and knows how to get it to you quickly! If you aren’t ready to commit but want to participate in the sale, you can sign up for a free 30-day trial long enough to do some shopping, and then cancel before the month is up!
In addition to that, a lot of retailers have caught on to the fact that it’s become a big shopping day, so you can get great deals from a lot of other places, too! I’ll be sharing some other retailers who are participating in Prime Day this year at the end of this post.
When Is prime day 2021?
Prime Day begins Monday, June 21 and runs until 11:59PM (PDT) on Tuesday, June 22.

Official Prime Day deals haven’t started rolling out quite yet, but some sales have slowly started popping up early, so you can already snag some things at a discount! I also have a bit of an inside scoop on what might be on sale (and I know what did really well last year!), so here’s a roundup of some things you may want to be keeping your eye on.
