Week in Review

Favorites

Happy 2016! I can’t even believe it’s January and in just a few weeks my cute little monster will be two years old.

I also can’t believe this is the last weekend of my break and I have to go back to work on Monday.

Boo.

But! I’m going back to work relaxed, refreshed, and with a significantly cleaner house, so I can’t complain I suppose. Our break was wonderful. Full of relaxing, movies, games, family time, and crossing stuff off of our to-do list. It was the best kind of break.

Jackson is headed to the ENT this week for a follow-up on all of his dang ear infections and probably to set an appointment to get tubes. I’m not thrilled about the situation, but I know it’s for the best. Keep him in your prayers, please!

Amanda, you just made my day! I’ve been looking for a new game and Time Stories looks amazing! Also, those gold sconces are absolutely delicious! I’ve also been searching for master bedroom lighting and found really cute task lamps that could be used as bedside lighting(http://m.target.com/p/room-essentials-gold-plated-elevated-task-lamp/-/A-16917743?ci_src=17588969&ci_sku=16917743&ref=tgt_adv_XS000000&AFID=google_pla_df&CPNG=PLA_Lighting_Priority%2BShopping&adgroup=Lighting_Priority+TCINs&LID=700000001170770pgs&network=g&device=m&location=9021479&gclid=CM7MiYGbjMoCFUo6gQodDMUEfQ&gclsrc=aw.ds). Similar in style and the price is just right!

I’m so glad! T.I.M.E. Stories is such a fantastic game! I’m always full of game recs – we are a big board gaming family! 🙂 And yes, I love that lamp too! I’m still holding out hope to find a wall-mounted version that’s cheap, but that one is always an option if I can’t track it down!
