Start by building a 24" by 48" base out of 2x4 pressure-treated lumber or cedar.
Attach a half sheet of 1/2" plywood to each base. Use a 6" hole saw to drill a hole 9" from the top and centered on the board.
Cut two pieces of 2x4 lumber to to 12". Cut a rounded edge on one side, cut the other side at a 30-degree angle.
Drill a hole in each leg and on the sides of the bases where you want the legs to go. Attach the legs using carriage bolts and nuts.
Paint your desired color or pattern on the cornhole board, and add finishing touches!
